We try our best to give you what we commit but due to the inadequate network of some modest accommodation facilities, not comparable to the European standard and in less touristy areas, hotel accommodations may have deficiencies in the maintenance of bathrooms despite we choose the best hotels in the vicinity of location, but some un predictable things can happen in electrical systems, or sometimes hot water may be lacking. . Please consider these warnings to adopt an adequate spirit of adaptation. Secondly It is impossible to give the exact travel times, which are indicative. The state of the roads is such that it can lead to a change in the arrival time and / or the program. Even the conduct of the visits can be varied (while guaranteeing the execution of the program), depending on times and road conditions; In the event of weather, strikes, industrial action, protests, mechanical problems, or other unforeseen issues outside our direct control, we will attempt to minimize the impacts of such events as best we can, We reserve the right to alter an itinerary in such a condition and Guide will be final decision maker , although we will at all times attempt to ensure that any changes or substitutions are of similar interest and value, but cannot accept liability for such actions or nonactions of third parties. Last but not the least We ask that you understand, We will do all, We can to make your travels as positive an experience as possible, but any time you step out from your front doors, you introduce variables into your lives, even more so in developing country like Pakistan. The key part of your enjoyment of any tour and travel experience is to not let the inevitable problems that come our way interfere with our enjoyment of the rest of the tour. PLEASE NOTE THAT MAXIMUM HEIGHT WE WILL BE CROSSING IN THE TOURS WILL BE FROM  3738 – 4700 M

Payment Policy : For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid later but definitely before the commencement of the service. Advance payment’s amount will be decided by management based on the nature of the service and the time left for the commencement of the service. Or

1. A) 25 % advance as a token of confirmation of Tour / services
2. B) Balance 75% to be deposited 15 days prior to Departure date Apart from above in some cases like Special Tours, hotels or resorts bookings during peak seasons(like New Year, Summer Holiday, Festivals etc.), full payments required to be deposited in advance.

Cancellation Any cancellation by you must be initiated by email to jadun@amazingpakistan.com.pk and to the concerned staff handling your query. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email. In certain cases, you may be eligible to receive a full or partial refund depending upon: • the reason for your cancellation or • the number days of prior to the start of the tour your cancellation request is received or • the amount expended by us to prepare for your tour or • the cancellation policy option you choose. a) If you cancel or cannot take your tour as a consequence of force majeure, we will refund you 100% of the amount deposited. The determination of what constitutes ‘Force Majeure’ is at the discretion of Amazing Pakistan We may require you to provide verification to confirm that you were unable to take your tour if you request a refund under this provision. a) For cancellation due to any other reasons, the date on which the request to cancel is received by Amazing Pakistan will determine the refund due as follows: i) If you cancel 30 days or more before the start of the tour: cancellation fee. We will refund the amount paid less any non-recoverable upfront costs incurred by Route 92 on your behalf. ii) If you cancel 25 days before the start of the tour: 15% cancellation fee. If you have paid for your tour in full, we will issue a refund of 85%. If you paid only a deposit, we will refund only the amount paid in excess of 15% of the tour price. iii) If you cancel less than 5 days before the start of the tour: 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Please note that cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your signed Cancellation Request by an email received at our office.

FLIGHTS : Payment & Cancellation: Payment for tickets once accepted, due in advance before they are issued – Cancellation on Air tickets purchased will be applied as per Foreign /Local Airline policy All fares / taxes are subject to change without prior notice by the Airlines / Government. .Note : Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive the reply within one business day, please call the office immediately. We will not be responsible if your email, mail or faxes fail to reach us.
